Celebrating 2 years!

Nothing better to do on a freezing cold night but to post nonsense, and why not post it in the Homecoming Forum?
So I thought today was the night two years ago I saw AR for the first time, but technically I guess it was the 4th I should of celebrated.
Yes I am a freak who keeps a little journal of sorts of all the concerts I've seen.Anyway in the course of those two years I managed 87 shows and countless miles.
Just for shitz and giggles I made a list of where I've travelled.
New Jersey 17 times
Hoboken 6 times
France a.k.a. Long Island 7 times
NYC 8 times
upstate NY area 9 times
(basically Albany & Troy along with Syracuse baby!)
Mass.6 times
Rhode Pain in the ass Island 3 times
Atlanta once
Asheville NC once
Pittsburgh (the other side of Pa) 2times
L.A. once
and my home state gets the most with 22 times.
Now I know Dave the wiseass or Kristen Hall not the singer but the teacher will add this up and it won't make 87 but there was 2 shows in the same day deals not counted.
So don't be bustin' my butt!
It has been the best time of my life these past two years and it's only getting better! Meeting all my new found AR friends is definately the highlight, along with the bright yellow character on the back of the Traveling Circus CD.
Thanks Antigone!

You know Karen, it hadn't even occurred to me to try and add it up...I am just impressed by the stats you have added up. You have seen many more shows, in more states than I have. You will have to get to a Vermont show sometime...they are definately an interesting experience.

Oh yeah, you can't forget Camp Antigone/P-town and WAMfest (where we first met)...2 shows in Massachusetts I know you were at.

You know, you shouldn't have mentioned my name...I wouldn't have thought of any of this. :D

Krisin Hall (not the singer, but the teacher)

BTW, when did that last part of "but the teacher" get added on?

Crackie your whole mileage game has made me very competitive...something I never was or wanted to be.
The stress of your game. I must win! No really I don't have to but I want to! I fear the day of my go-cart being replaced on the mainpage of your website! The Jetta won't have it. I will win!
I will stop at nothing,my parents will have me comitted soon, hopefully after the game is over though!
The Jetta is patiently waiting for Pittsburgh and Cleveland dates. Because my screw sellers are anxious to see them play.

Addicted to Mileage wrote:Here, we don't help them with their problems. Instead, we apply a healthy dose of peer pressure to see who will rack up the most miles and come out on top. Contestants caught pouring sugar in someone else's gas tank will automatically be disqualified. Wasting sugar is frowned upon. Winner gets bragging rights for life.

it frightens me that some of you nutters will look at the tour page, CURRENTLY MISSING HOBOKEN HOMECOMING DATES , *ahem* and start calculating how many miles to alabama in your heads. all this motivation to move and no free snacks or donuts were even mentioned. unexplainable. besides bragging rights for life, the only other worthy award suitable for this madness is probably a can of liquid schwartz. alas, yogurt i am not.

and to answer the question that comes up oh so frequently regarding why *i* am not competing for bragging rights for life: someone who puts the full court press on the band to get them to play in her backyard every other second she gets is clearly NOT addicted to mileage at all.

cali says hi. burrito suit not included.

I was watching Americas Most Wanted and they were talking about a crime wave that covers those same exact cities. Coincidence? I think not.

Just in case, I forwarded your post to the Pittsburgh and Cleveland police departments to be on the lookout for the future in hopes that I get a huge reward.
